Choose a Seat: Business travellers have the option of choosing their seats when they book online. Table areas are ideal for on-board meetings and collaborative work. Stand-alone seats are perfect if you need to get your head down and work on your computer.
Dedicated Ticket Office and Check-in: Travellers can collect their tickets at the dedicated Business Premier ticket office or self-service ticket machines. The check-in process is extremely fast and can be done even 10 minutes before departure.
Business Premier Lounges: Snacks and Refreshments are served complementary in dedicated Business Premier Lounges. A wide selection of newspapers and magazines are also available along with Internet connectivity and Wi-Fi access.
Dedicated Business Premier Carriages: Dedicated carriages provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, where you can prepare for your meeting or simply lie back, relax and clear your mind. Seat-size power sockets are available for you to plug-in your laptop and apply finishing touches to that all-important presentation
Express Breakfast: The Express Breakfast option is for those who want to grab a quick bite with working uninterrupted. The cold breakfast is a healthy, high energy start to your day and if you're too busy to stop for a break you can take it with you. Meals are of course served at other times of they day.
Chauffeur Service: Eurostar can arrange for optional chauffeur driven pick-up service from your home or work. A chauffeur driven car is also available at your destination to take your to your office or hotel. Business Premier + Chauffeur tickets are currently available through Eurostar's contact centre. This option will be made available on the website very soon.
Frequent Traveller (for Business Premier)
If you're a regular business traveller with Eurostar, you could join the Frequent Traveller Programme to enjoy exclusive service benefits and earn points to spend on exciting rewards.
How to Join: In order to be eligible for the Frequent Traveller Programme, you need to make one journey with a qualifying fare of £185 or more and complete the online application form. Tickets submitted must be within the last 3 months from the date of application to be valid. After becoming a member, you will have to create an online profile and choose a password. This will allow you to view your statements, update your account details, use your reward points and avail of special offers.
How It Works: As a member you will have to quote your membership number every time you travel. You'll not only earn points to spend on rewards, but also receive special treatment when you travel. |

Platform Greeting: Eurostar's helpful staff will greet you on the platform and show you to your seat in the dedicated and comfortable carriage.
Dedicated Leisure Select Carriages: Get your holiday off to the perfect start with a glass of celebratory champagne at lunch and dinner. These carriages are reserved for pleasure-seekers rather than business travellers and passengers are free to move around. Seats are spacious and comfortable - they're perfect for sprawling out and having a little nap while you travel. Each seat has its own armrest as well for you to relax with one of the several glossy magazines available on board.
Fine Dining: Eurostar offers a tantalising selection of the most authentic British and Continental cuisine prepared by master chefs. Cheeses are sourced from the best local suppliers and desserts are simply divine. All ingredients are organic, fresh locally-sourced or Fairtrade products. |

30-minute check-in: With Eurostar Standard you need to check in just 30 minutes before your journey - enough time for you to catch your breath before boarding the train, without getting bored in the departure lounge.
Family Areas: Coaches 1 and 18 have on-board family areas, which are not only close to the baby changing facilities, but also offer more space for children to play.
Bar-buffet: The bar-buffet offers a wide selection of snacks and a variety of meals including cooked dishes, salads, chocolates, hot/cold drinks and even champagne. |
